Best place for safe food & coffee. Being autistic & having OCD makes it hard for me to trust people making things I consume, but the staff here always make my correct order and have no issue correcting it if I misspeak at the drive through speaker box. Coffee is always great, staff are all so friendly and kind. Thank you for supplying me my caffeine to get me through my days!
Iced chocolate was ok, though the milk wasn't cold.
Service was timely, staff member was friendly & courteous.
Tables weren't cleared for nearly ½hr.....but they were done.

Came back as I wanted to try a non-decaffeinated iced coffee on a very hot day. I ordered an Iced Dirty Chai with an extra shot ($7), and I was pretty satisfied! Again, I do wish the taste of the coffee was more strong, but overall a decent drink to cool down with on the way back home!

I got a decaf iced latte to cool down after a long walk, and the taste was good but it was too milky for my taste. Definitely an extra shot next time!
I love coffee from Zarraffa’s, but this branch was a disappointment. First, the slow-moving queue surprised me. By the time I got to the ‘pick-up here’ window, I understood why. Three people were standing there, having a friendly chat for a couple of minutes, which you definitely don’t want to disturb, especially if you’re short on friends. Eventually, when I received my coffee, the taste shocked me. Only the parents of a toddler will understand this comparison: it tasted as if you eat something and then realize your kid had been holding it for a long time in their hands, as if the cup had been previously used for something savory. I will come again, but to your other branches.
The choc tastes weird, and it's like a choc milk not thick at all and now with the cost, unfortunately my family agree so we will not return to any zarraffa in the near future it's did ones taste nice
Come on Redlands & get behind the Zarrafas team who are working hard as usual to give service to everyone in unbearable conditions. Their air conditioning has been broken for weeks - who knows an aircon specialist who can sort it out quickly. I hope they are being rewarded with double time Mr Zarrafas.
Absolutely horrid experience, Was served by the manager, wouldn't let me get one word in on my damn order. Instead kept asking me whether i wanted flavour shots or sugars in my coffee instead of listening to my order, and cut my off halfway through my order. And RUDELY knocked on the deserts cabinet interrupting me again whilst trying to order my coffees.
Let me say my order. I know i want, i don't need your suggestions. Paul or whatever his name was.
